Processing & Shipping Timeframes

Most in-stock items ship within 2–3 business days after order preparation is complete.

Custom and made-to-order items, including candles, may require 5–7 business days for processing before shipment.

Important Candle Care Notice:
Even if your candle ships sooner, soy candles require a curing period of up to 2 weeks to achieve optimal burn performance. Please refer to the sticker label on your candle for the recommended burn date. Burning a candle before the advised curing time may affect scent throw and burn quality.

While we make every effort to meet the estimated timeframes, they are not guaranteed. Once your order has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, delivery times are beyond our control.
