Refund policy

If for any reason you are not content with your product purchase please know that you may return it to us for an exchange of equal value or refund if qualifying to the below.

All returns must be made with in (10)days of the purchase date. All returns must be in a NEW and UNUSED condition.  

Return Process: To return any of our products please first email our customer service @ Cortinacreations@gmail.com to obtain a Return Material Number. Once you have been provided the return number for your product, please return product to the original packing and securely package.

 Please know that you are responsible for the charges upon return shipping of the product.

Cortina Creations will issue complete refund upon inspection of the returned product. Please allow at least (10) days from the receipt day to Process, Inspect and refund your exchange / return.
